On 6th August, our provincial famous painter Liu Wenxi led the loess school of painting viewing team arrived Kunming, they were informed of the damage is serious in Ludian area, viewing team members caring for the disaster area, actively action, the first time to contact the Kunming city Red Cross, Liu Wenxi representative of the loess school of painting to donate money 600 thousand yuan, express condolences to the people in the disaster area.

It is reported, this time came to Yunnan viewing painter of loess school were 33. Loess school of painting art research president Liu Wenxi said:”We were going to Yunnan viewing, when we get off the airplane, we decided to raise money, donate to the disaster area. Hope that through the meager strength to support the people in disaster area to rebuild their homes.” Kunming municipal leaders, the Red Cross person in charge to witness the donation ceremony.
